The mission of weColLaborate is to collaborate and connect with professionals in the field of Colour and Analysis of sustainable Engineering Plastics. To be your partner in creating new opportunities to make this world more sustainably colourful, worry-free manage your organisation and point of contact for all your questions.


I am Esther Wessels, founder of weColLaborate.


I believe in the strength of collaboration to obtain your goals and results. Whether that be by optimisation of your colour development or production process, improving your Laboratory organisation or develop and train (your) people…...it is a joint effort!

As the name suggest it's focus is on Colour and Laboratory and more specific, but not exclusively, for Engineering Plastics/Materials. Many years of experience as Colour Specialist and Lab Manager, in both R&T and Production, have given me the expertise and knowledge needed to optimise and maintain the Colour and Quality Performance, together with a.o. operators, colourists and lab technicians, on a high level.

I love developing and improving people, formulations and processes; the search and finding solutions motivate me.  And the opportunity to interact with the various multifunctionally skilled people is crucially fun and important.

After years of joyfully working at DSM I now want to share my know how and experience via my own bureau and Knowledge Hub.
